NERF Longshot Air Restrictor Removal

Alright I know this subject has been done before but most of the tutorials are rather vague and don't have pictures to illustrate what's going on so I've decided to give it a shot.
Armed with a about a paragraph of text to describe how to remove the air restrictor from my Nerf Longshot I took the dive.
